OUR OUTDOOR WARRANTY

We stand behind our outdoor living spaces with a solid workmanship warranty — so you can relax knowing your space is built to last.

  • Patios, walkways & hardscapes are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty, including proper installation of pavers, retaining walls, and custom stonework.
  • Fire pits and outdoor features follow the same workmanship coverage — built with quality materials and attention to detail.
  • Outdoor furniture All of our outdoor furniture is high-quality Amish-made and built to last — however, it is not covered under a formal warranty through Wayside. We recommend following all care instructions to maintain its condition season after season.
  • Exclusions: Natural wear, settling, weather-related damage, and misuse are not covered under our standard warranty.

  • Do you offer full backyard and front yard design?

    Yes! We offer complete landscape design services, helping you plan everything from patios and planting beds to full-property makeovers.

  • What kind of warranty do you offer on residential projects?

    We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Plant material installed in residential projects also comes with a 1-year replacement warranty (with some exclusions).

  • Can you help with small projects like just a patio or planting bed?

    Absolutely. Whether you need a simple patio install, a new garden bed, or a few trees planted, no residential project is too small for us.

  • How far out should I book my landscaping project?

    We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for spring and summer installs. Our schedule fills up fast during peak seasons.
