Do you offer custom landscape design services?
Yes! We offer full custom landscape design for both residential and commercial projects. Whether you're looking for a full backyard transformation, a planting plan, or help selecting the right materials, our team will create a design that's beautiful, functional, and built to last.
What types of commercial landscaping and hardscape work do you take on?
We handle everything from plaza and entryway construction to playgrounds, public parks, drainage systems, and recreational spaces. If it’s outdoors and built to last, we can handle it.
Can I send over blueprints or plans for a quote?
Absolutely. We encourage it — email your plans directly to waysideinc@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to quote your project.
Do you offer bulk material delivery for large-scale jobs?
Yes — we deliver mulch, stone, topsoil, and other materials in bulk. Perfect for commercial jobs or contractors in need of quick turnaround.
How far in advance should I book a landscaping or hardscaping project?
Lead times can vary depending on the season and size of the project. We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially in spring and summer — so we can get you on the schedule and plan accordingly.
Can you build full outdoor living areas and patios?
Yes — we specialize in custom patio installations, outdoor living spaces, fire pits, retaining walls, and more. Whether it’s a cozy backyard hangout or a large entertaining space, we’ll bring your vision to life.
Our Commercial Warranty
We bring the same level of care to our commercial projects as we do to our residential work — and we back it up with a solid workmanship warranty.
🌿 Plant Material & Nursery Purchases
We guarantee our nursery plant material to be healthy and living when it leaves our property.
- Note: Discounted plants are not covered under warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claims.
🧱 Hardscape Installations
Most of our hardscape projects — including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and plazas — are backed by a workmanship warranty.
- Coverage includes settling and structural integrity for a limited time.
- Flagstone and other natural materials may not be warrantied due to their fragile nature.
🏡 Residential Landscape Installations
We offer a
1-year replacement warranty on plantings in residential installations, covering material failure with proper care.
- Replacements must be the same size and variety.
- Some exclusions apply (e.g., weather, neglect, pest damage).
🏢 Commercial Projects
Warranty coverage for commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects varies based on the scope of work and materials used. We provide clear terms on a per-project basis.
