OUR OUTDOOR WARRANTY

We stand behind our outdoor living spaces with a solid workmanship warranty — so you can relax knowing your space is built to last.

  • Patios, walkways & hardscapes are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty, including proper installation of pavers, retaining walls, and custom stonework.
  • Fire pits and outdoor features follow the same workmanship coverage — built with quality materials and attention to detail.
  • Outdoor furniture is protected under the manufacturer’s warranty (coverage varies by brand and product). We’re happy to help you register your items or file a claim if needed.
  • Exclusions: Natural wear, settling, weather-related damage, and misuse are not covered under our standard warranty.

  • What bulk materials do you offer for delivery?

    We deliver mulch, topsoil, garden soil, decorative stone, gravel, crushed rock, and large boulders — perfect for landscaping projects big or small.

  • How much material should I order?

    It depends on the size of your project! Our team can help you calculate how many yards of mulch, soil, or stone you’ll need — just give us your measurements and we’ll do the math.

  • Where do you deliver bulk materials?

    We deliver throughout Niagara Falls, Grand Island, Lewiston, Lockport, Amherst, and the surrounding Western New York areas. Delivery fees vary based on distance — contact us for a quote.

  • How far out should I book my landscaping project?

    We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for spring and summer installs. Our schedule fills up fast during peak seasons.
